Educational rights within the disability context: policy intervention efforts in Indonesia (EDUPOL)

The project aims for Indonesian and Austrian researchers to jointly examine the relevant body of knowledge and legislation regarding the (vocational) educational rights granted to people with disabilities and their chances to be included in economic life based on research and regular collaboration. The research will be based on political, economic, and social content analysis, by examining and evaluating the models of policy and practice for the education and economic inclusion of the disabled in Austria and Indonesia. The systematic review of existing methods and analysis will serve as a basis for policy outputs, i.e. policy papers with proposals for action of national authorities in Indonesia.
